A Decent Stay with Minor Issues

clean room convenient location friendly staff missing towels warm room slippery shower
The location proved convenient as it was close to the city center (easy to get around). The room itself was clean. The staff was also very friendly .
There were no towels upon arrival. The room became quite warm, and the window did not open much. The shower had a slippery surface and a step up, so it was not easily accessible.

decent spot with some noise issues

central location spacious room lovely shower noticeable noise bar music glazed windows
the location is really central. a bus stop is right outside. the room i had was spacious and the shower was lovely. housekeeping did a great job.
the noise was quite noticeable. music from nearby bars went on late. the windows could benefit from being double glazed. earplugs were supplied, but the noise still kept me up.

loud and fairly basic, i guess

street noise no hot water
this place wasn't the quietest. i mean, they give you earplugs. the noise from the street was constant, it was like the nightclub was right in the room. also, there was no hot water for a shower one morning, so that was a bit grim.

mixed feelings, loud location

loud music poor insulation
the receptionist was lovely and helpful during check-in.
The noise levels were a real problem. the hotel provided earplugs, but they barely helped. the nearby pub played loud music until late at night, and the windows offered little sound insulation. it felt impossible to get a decent night's sleep. It was frustrating.
